On-Ramp Class Schedule
This is for those who need an introduction to all the basic CrossFit standard movements. This series of classes will meet for 6-8 total sessions (about 2-3 weeks). Please call to schedule your on-ramp classes.

Bronco Barbell Club (USAW Club)
We are pleased to announce Bronco Barbell Club, our official USA Weightlifting club. We will be starting up a 12-week session December 1. Free to Bronco CrossFit members; $149 per 12-week session. This will be a 3-day per week program. Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Advanced athletes may also choose to do the program in their normal class upon prior approval, in place of the day’s WOD.

This cycle will conclude February 20, 2016.
